Can I return store purchases by post?

For items purchased in a store these can only be returned to your nearest Monsoon store for a refund or exchange.

Please bring along your receipt as proof of purchase and ensure all tags are still attached to the item in question.

For full-price items purchased in a store, the returns period is 30 days and 14 days for sale items.
