As we enter the busy festive period, due to an increase in activity, a very busy postal network, disruption on some major motorway networks, some orders may take slightly longer being despatched and getting to you. We do aim to get all orders to our customers within the advertised time, however, we do ask for patience during this busy period.  We are also unable to cancel or amend orders after they have been placed. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Due to planned Royal Mail strikes on selected dates throughout December some orders may be delayed reaching our customers. 


Orders affected will only be those sent as part of our Fashion Finder service, where items are out of stock at our warehouse but available to be sent from one of our store.  These orders will appear as a split delivery on the check out page. This may also delay any returns being sent back to us via Royal Mail

Our Customer Services team are unable to confirm a specific date or time of delivery and are unable to investigate the location of your order whilst it is in transit within the delivery time frame.

On occasion, if an order is showing as delivered to your address but not received we may require you to sign a statement of missing order claim and/or request a crime reference number.


Orders will be delivered any time between 8am and 9pm on the day of delivery.
