Where is my order?

Our Customer Services team are unable to confirm a specific date or time of delivery and are unable to investigate the location of your order whilst it is in transit within the delivery time frame.

Orders will be delivered any time between 8am and 9pm on the day of delivery.  

If your order is being shipped in more than one parcel, the items will arrive separately, as some products may be dispatched from our stores. For any parcels sent from a store, you will receive a separate Royal Mail tracking email.

Please allow a couple of extra days for all parts of your order to arrive.

Just click here to access our delivery form if your order is late, let us know as much as you can about your order,  including your order number, and one of the team will look into your delivery. Please note that our team will not investigate any orders that are still within the delivery timeframe.

On occasion, if an order is showing as delivered to your address but not received we may require you to sign a statement of missing order claim and/or request a crime reference number as part of our investigation.

Please check whether we can provide next day delivery to your postcode here. Some postcodes require an additional 48 hours for delivery.

No delivery will be made on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New years Day

*Days are classed as Monday to Saturday and don't include Sunday or Bank Holidays.

**Same day / next day delivery for Express Click & Collect is dependent on cut off times, and product availability at your local store.
