As we enter the busy festive period, due to an increase in activity, a very busy postal network, disruption on some major motorway networks, some orders may take slightly longer being despatched and getting to you. We do aim to get all orders to our customers within the advertised time, however, we do ask for patience during this busy period.  We are also unable to cancel or amend orders after they have been placed. We apologise for any inconvenience.

 

Due to planned Royal Mail strikes on selected dates throughout December some orders may be delayed reaching our customers. 

 

Orders affected will only be those sent as part of our Fashion Finder service, where items are out of stock at our warehouse but available to be sent from one of our store.  These orders will appear as a split delivery on the check out page.

We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you've ordered something for a specific occasion.  All UK and ROI delivery options, except for Click and Collect, are fully tracked and a link to your tracking information will be in your despatch email. 

 

For Click and Collect orders you will receive an email from your selected store once your order is ready to collect. Your Click and Collect order will be held in store for 10 days.

 

We offer a number of delivery options within the UK and ROI. A full list of details can be found below. We do ask for you to wait the allocated time frame before querying where your order is. Please note, some orders may be split, again, please allow the full delivery timeframe before querying any items in your order.

 

Our Customer Services team will only be able to answer queries and investigate any orders that have yet to be delivered after the delivery time frame.

 

We aim to deliver parcels within the time frames specified on our site. However, there are times when delays may occur which are beyond our control such as adverse weather. We will always keep our customers updated should this happen.

 

Please note, some of your items may be delivered separately as orders are occasionally despatched from different locations. Again, we do ask that you allow the full delivery timeframe to pass before querying your order.  We do not offer delivery to a BFPO, mail forwarding, storage or PO address for example Address Pal, Aramex House or Parcel Motel and won't accept liability of delivery to these addresses. Attempting to use such an address may cause your order to be rejected on our system and your bank to ring fence the value of the order for 10 days.

Evri Parcel Shop (Evri tracked, previously Hermes)

Evri Parcel Shop is a new parcel collection service, with over 4,500 nationwide Parcel Shops open from early until late, 7 days a week.

You will receive an SMS once your order is ready to collect which will contain your consignment number. To collect your order from your nearest Evri Parcel Shop, just bring your consignment number and photo ID with you when collecting your order.

Your order will be held at your chosen Parcel shop location for 10 days, before being returned back to our warehouse.

Carbon Neutral

We are offsetting the carbon from our deliveries while our delivery partners transition to the most efficient deliveries and to greener fleets.

 

We encourage people to use click and collect where possible, as the carbon footprint is 40% lower and we have expanded our click and collect to go beyond our stores to 8,165 Parcelshop locations.

 

Our offset project of choice is supporting a solar powered grid in India which reduces the local need to use fossil fuel energies, a UN carbon offsetting scheme, which we believe is the most impactful approach to removing carbon and offsetting emissions.
