Yes, you can now send someone a special gift directly from the website along with a personalised
E-gift message, which will be emailed to the lucky person.
E-gift messages can be created in the basket on the check out page.
E-gift messages will be sent via email to the email address entered in the “Recipient email” field, along with your name, so they will know who the gift is from. Please note, no physical message will be put in the parcel.
The recipient will receive the E-gift message in an email when the order is shipped, so they know it’s coming. There will not be any product or payment information in the emails the recipient receives, so what you have sent as a gift will be a surprise when it arrives.
As the purchaser, you’ll receive an order confirmation and despatch emails. Unlike the gift recipient’s emails, these will include product and payment info.
Products will not have their swing tickets removed so recipients will be able to see the price of gifted items once received.
Make sure you enter the recipient’s delivery address so they receive their gift, as well as your personalised message.
Please note that once your order has been placed we are unable to remove or amend the message.
