When contacting our Customer Services team please provide us with as much information as possible regarding your query, including any order number you may have. This will allow them to assist you quickly.
Where possible we do ask that you refrain from contacting us if your delivery is still within the advertised time frame and to please add a couple of extra days for delivery. We're unable to cancel or amend orders after they have been placed. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
