If you haven't received a confirmation email please don't panic.
We do ask that you check your have entered your email address correctly and your junk/spam folder, we also recommend adding our confirmation email address info@accessorize.com to your safe address list (this is not our Customer Services email address) so that your email provider does not block any HTML emails from your inbox.
If you have used a work email address your IT team may block certain emails from entering your business system. As such, we do advise using a personal email address where possible.
You can also check your order confirmation if you are a registered user, this can be found on the order history page of your account.
