If you haven't received a confirmation email please don't panic. 

 

We do ask that you check your have entered your email address correctly and your junk/spam folder, we also recommend adding our confirmation email address customerservice@monsoon.co.uk to your safe address list (this is not our Customer Services email address) so that your email provider does not block any HTML emails from your inbox.

 

If you have used a work email address your IT team may block certain emails from entering your business system. As such, we do advise using a personal email address where possible.

 

You can also check your order confirmation if you are a registered user, this can be found on the order history page of your account.
