When you confirm your payment information on our site, that instructs your bank to deduct the money from your account, though usually, the funds aren’t actually taken from your account until we despatch the order. If we haven’t despatched the order then we won’t have charged you, and the money will be put back into your account by your bank.
This can take a few working days – you can contact your card issuer to find out more. Get in touch with our Customer Service Team, if it’s been more than 10 days and the money still isn’t in your account.
