Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to send out replacements due to our reduced warehouse team, or offer partial refunds. However, you are welcomed to return your order back to our warehouse for a full refund if bought online.
Alternatively, you will be welcomed to return to your local store re-opening should you prefer to obtain an exchange in store.
If your purchase was originally made in store you will be required to return to a store and a member of the team will be happy to assist you. Our warehouse are unable to process refunds for in store purchases.
