Don’t worry, you can still earn points for any missed Monsoon or Accessorize purchases since opening your Accessorize Treats account.

We do ask for you to retain a copy of your receipt or order number and, once our new Reward program is live please scan and email a copy of your receipt or details of your order to customerservices@monsoon.co.uk.

Please note that points can only be added 28 days of the initial purchase date.
