Online orders
We’re happy to accept returns free of charge from the UK and ROI, customers returning orders from outside of the UK and ROI will be liable for the cost of return. Please find our returns policy for stores purchases further down the page.
As of 18th April 2023, we have updated our returns policy. If you return an item outside of our 30-day returns period, we will issue a refund in the form of an eGift Card, which will be sent to the email address used on the order (UK and Ireland only).
For all online returns please make sure that you do the following:
- Send them to us exactly as you received them in a new and unused condition within 30 days of despatch for full price items and within 14 days for sale items from date of despatch.
- If the product seal is broken (where applicable), or labels removed we will not be able to refund you.
- If returning more than one order, please register each order individual and post back each order individually with the applicable returns label for each order attached to the relevant parcel.
- For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund pierced goods (earrings), face masks, knickers, hosiery, confectionary or cosmetics.
- Please note this does not affect your statutory rights in respect of damaged or defective products.
- Gift Cards and eGift Cards are non refundable.
- The cost for gift wrapping is non-refundable - if you return any gift-wrapping material with your order this cost will not be refunded.
Orders made with PayPal, Clear Pay and Klarna must be returned to our warehouse and can not be returned in store.
Monsoon Accessorize will not accept liability for any lost or delayed returns sent back via any other methods, please ensure our returns process is followed and your online order registered via our returns portal to obtain your free return label and prevent any delay or disappointment.
If returning orders to store paid with a credit of debit card or Apple Pay please have your despatch email ready to show at the till to prevent any delay.

Refunds can take 10 days to be processed from the day it is posted back to us. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed, please keep hold of you return tracking number until your refund has been confirmed.
If you have paid with a credit or debit card or Apple Pay your refund will show back on your account within 10 working days, depending on whom you bank with.
Paypal, Clear Pay and Klarna can take up to 7 days to reflect any refunds and, where applicable, make any adjustments to your balance.
If you have used a Gift Card or Treats Voucher you will be issued with a new eGift card which will be sent to the email address on the order.
If returning your order to a store, refunds can only be processed back to the same debit/credit card originally used and with the named card holder present.
Store Purchases
If you have purchased in store you have 30 days to return any full price items and 14 days for sale or outlet items.
Please retain your receipt as this will be required to return any in store purchases.
In store purchases can only be returned to a store, Monsoon items cannot be returned to an Accessorize store.

Please do not return your order to our head office London address, doing so may delay your refund from being processed or it may be misplaced.
